  • 4 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites carefully.
  5. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
  7. For the filling, heat the heavy cream and pour it over the dark chocolate to melt. Add raspberry puree and mix well.
  8. Once the macarons are cool, sandwich them with the raspberry chocolate filling.
