- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites carefully.
