  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to macaroons at 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
  3. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the sifted almond flour mixture into the egg whites carefully.
  5. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool completely.
  7. Prepare the filling by mixing melted chocolate, raspberry puree, and butter until smooth.
  8. Sandwich two macaron shells with the raspberry chocolate filling.
