Crockpot Pepper Steak

A delicious and easy recipe for crockpot pepper steak that is perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced beef in the crockpot.
  2. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  6. Once cooked, stir well and serve over rice or noodles.
