  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix with garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
