  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers, including juice
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • Provolone cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Pour the Italian dressing mix over the roast.
  3. Add the beef broth and pepperoncini peppers with their juice.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Shred the beef with two forks and stir it back into the juices.
  6. Serve on hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese.
