Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add black beans, corn, and salsa on top of the chicken.
  3. Spoon cream cheese over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken with two forks before serving and mix all the ingredients together.
