  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  2. Add diced onions, diced carrots, and diced potatoes to the crockpot.
  3. Pour beef broth over the vegetables.
  4. Add cooked turkey and bacon mixture to the crockpot.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Before serving, stir in cheddar cheese and milk until melted and combined.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, blend a portion of the soup before adding cheese.
