Crock Pot Pierogi and Kielbasa Casserole

This Crock Pot Pierogi and Kielbasa Casserole is a delicious and comforting dish that is perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  2. In the Crock Pot, layer half the frozen pierogi, then half the kielbasa and onions.
  3. Pour half of the soup mixture over the layers. Repeat the layers and top with cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sauté the onions before adding them to the casserole.
  • Feel free to substitute the kielbasa with your favorite sausage.
