  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add cherry tomatoes and spinach.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add cooked linguine and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
