- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
