  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat; add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan, cooking until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
