  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
