- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half of this mixture over the first layer.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the cream mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes; then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
