  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add garlic and shrimp to the skillet; sauté until the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  5. Mix in the cooked fettuccine until well combined.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and parsley.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
