  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic, bell pepper, and onion; cook until softened.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring until coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
