  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the beef, cooking until translucent.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, and beef broth.
  5. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
