Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same pot, add the chicken ham and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and diced tomatoes, stirring well.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the spices. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
