A rich and indulgent cookie recipe that combines the flavors of chocolate cookies with creamy white filling.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the crushed sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set.
  8. Let cool on the cookie sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolatey flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Make sure not to overbake to keep the cookies chewy.
