- 4 large russet potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
