  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble over the potatoes.
  4. In a saucepan, combine cream, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layered potatoes and bacon.

  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
