A delicious and hearty classic meatloaf recipe made with turkey and bacon for a tasty twist.

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey and chopped bacon.
  3. Add breadcrumb, onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  5. Spread a little ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
