  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
