  • 8 cups tortilla chips
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup green salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent.
  4. Add chips, salsa, and half the cheese; mix well.
  5. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Fry eggs to desired doneness and place on top before serving.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and avocado slices.
