4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups diced carrots
2 cups diced celery
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving the drippings in the pot.
Add onion and garlic to the pot, sautéing until fragrant.
Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking until softened.
Add the chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
