  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving the drippings in the pot.
