- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the chicken ham, egg noodles, thyme, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and let simmer until noodles are cooked.
