- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
