  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken, broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add carrots and celery, and cook until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the boiling soup. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
