- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
