Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

A delicious twist on classic chicken cordon bleu, this casserole features layers of chicken, ham, and turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced ham, turkey bacon, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Pour over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try using smoked turkey bacon.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
