Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken thighs and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until a dough forms.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the boiling broth. Cook for 15 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken and stir back into the pot. Serve hot.
