- 2 cups shredded potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and half of the cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then transfer to a greased baking pan.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier option, add diced jalapeños.
