Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked potatoes with sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
