  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cube the russet potatoes, then boil them in salted water until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, and mash until smooth.
  5. Fold in the cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions.
  6. Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
