- 2 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and cube the russet potatoes, then boil them in salted water until fork-tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, and mash until smooth.
