- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
