- 4 large carrots
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
