Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in chopped apples and ground cinnamon.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth it out.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
