  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before cutting into bars.
