  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
