- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
