- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
