  • 1 loaf brioche bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the brioche into cubes and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Pour the mixture over the brioche cubes and gently stir to combine.
