Beef Cabbage Roll Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines all the flavors of traditional cabbage rolls.

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, rice, and seasonings. Mix well.
  4. Pour the beef broth over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
