Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls

Deliciously soft and fluffy banana bread cinnamon rolls combining the best of both breakfast worlds.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix with sugar and melted butter.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and salt, then add the flour. Mix until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then roll into a log.
  6. Cut the log into rolls and place in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
