  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, and butter until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs, flour, baking soda, and vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
