  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
