  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, place the flour, and in a third bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Dredge the chicken thighs first in flour, then dip them in the eggs, and finally coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken before serving.
