Bacon Egg Cheese Breakfast Quesadillas

Indulge in the deliciousness of bacon egg cheese quesadillas made with turkey bacon. A perfect breakfast treat!

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, whisk eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  3. Lay one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half of the cheese, add half the scrambled eggs and chopped bacon, then top with more cheese and another tortilla.
  4. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese melts.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

  • Feel free to add vegetables like peppers or onions for extra flavor.
