  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the apple cider to a boil and reduce by half.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and vegetable oil, then add the reduced apple cider.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
