Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, apple cider, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and coat the top of the warm bread.
