2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Add pumpkin puree and eggs; mix until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, mixing until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

For the frosting, combine powdered sugar, softened butter, and milk until smooth.
