- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add onion, green bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Place provolone cheese on top of the beef mixture and cover until melted.
- Toast hoagie rolls and fill with the cheesesteak mixture and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
